South East Cycling 2010 Board Meetings - British Cycling South East Region

Calendar of Board Meetings 2010. All meetings are held at Bletchingley Community Centre and start at 20.00.

I will request advice of any matters to be included on the Agenda for each meeting around 10 days before the meeting. Agendas will be issued 7 days before each meeting. Any items not included on the Agenda will be heard under other business subject to the Chairman’s approval.

2010 Planned Meetings:

  • Friday 22nd January
  • Friday 19th March
  • Friday 21st May
  • Friday 16th July
  • Friday 17th September – Annual General Meeting. Hear any propositions from South East Region for inclusion on the National AGM Agenda.
  • Friday 5th November – General Meeting to discuss British Cycling National Agenda.

Additional meetings may be called for urgent matters or Disciplinary Hearings.
